Trace ASI was founded by four individuals from diverse professional backgrounds—finance, data science, marketing, and operations—who shared frustration over the structural imbalances present in traditional financial systems. The company’s formation was motivated by the founders’ direct observations of information asymmetry and its impact on individual market participants.

That frustration became the seed of innovation.
